He is a qualified Bachelor of Engineering (Production) professional, founded Swastik Rotomatic in 2008. He began his career in 2006 as a Water Tank Manufacturer, where he developed deep technical expertise in the rotational moulding industry. His keen interest in innovation and process optimization led him to establish Swastik Rotomatic with a clear vision — to deliver High-Performance, Energy-Efficient, and Cost-Effective Rotomolding Machines...
Mrs. Shweta Bagadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electronics and a Master’s degree in Pure Electronics. With over 15 years of teaching experience as a Professor. she has developed strong expertise in analytical and management skills.
She later joined Swastik Rotomatic, where she plays a key role in Operations and Financial Management. Her academic background and strategic approach contribute significantly to the company’s Organizational Efficiency, Financial Planning, and Sustainable Growth.
